Pricing questions
What files do you accept?
PDF drawings work best. We also accept DWG files and links to Dropbox, Google Drive or your plan room. Include specs and addenda if you have them.
How fast will I get my estimate?
Most estimates are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of quote approval. For very large projects we confirm the delivery date in your quote.
What do I receive?
An Excel takeoff sheet with quantities by trade, a priced estimate for materials and labor, and a summary you can attach to your bid. A Zoom walkthrough is included.
Which trades do you cover?
All major CSI divisions: concrete, masonry, steel, lumber and framing, roofing, doors and windows, finishes, MEP, sitework, landscaping and demolition.
How does payment work?
Residential estimates start at $200 and commercial estimates at $400. We review your plans and send a fixed quote, and you pay that amount securely through Stripe. The Dedicated Estimator plan is $1,999 per month and can be managed from your billing page.
Can I track my projects and bids?
Yes. Your dashboard shows every project you have submitted, its estimate status, and where your bid stands with the general contractor.
Are my plans kept confidential?
Always. Your drawings are used only to prepare your estimate and are never shared with other contractors.
