Before work begins
If you cancel a paid project before our estimators begin work, you receive a full refund.
After work begins
Once work has started, refunds are prorated based on the work completed. Delivered estimates are non-refundable, but we will revise an estimate at no charge if it contains an error on our part.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your billing page and remain active until the end of the paid period. Partial months are not refunded.
How to request a refund
Contact us through info@bidme.us with your project name and the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
