BidMe provides construction cost estimating, material takeoff, drafting and related services based on the drawings and information you provide. Estimates are professional opinions of probable cost, not guarantees of final project cost.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete, current drawings, specifications and addenda, and for reviewing every estimate before using it in a bid. Final bid amounts are your decision.
Quotes, payment and plans
Per-project work begins once a quote is approved and payment is received. Monthly plans renew each billing period until cancelled from your billing page. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
Turnaround
Typical delivery is 24 to 48 hours after quote approval. Delivery dates for large or complex projects are confirmed in the quote. Late or incomplete information may extend delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidMe's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bids or indirect damages.
