Information we collect
Account details (name, email, company) through our sign-in provider Clerk; project information and drawings you submit; payment records from Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers); and messages you send through our contact form.
How we use it
To prepare your estimates, deliver your files, process payments, provide support and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
Your drawings
Plans and project documents are used only to prepare your estimate. They are never shared with other contractors or bidders.
Service providers
We rely on trusted providers to run the service, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments) and Railway (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time through info@bidme.us.
